No-Oil Tahini Dip

(Adapted from Whole Foods)

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup water, more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste (you can substitute with soy sauce) 
  • 1/3 cup tahini 
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley 

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Add water for a thinner dressing.
