Simplifying Limits and Signage in the Community Market
We're simplifying the shopping process!
Starting January 13th, we will be moving to a new card system. Rather than the series of colorful shopping cards, each household will be given one white card, alongside a red meat card indicating pounds based on household size. Limits for all other items will now be the same regardless of household size. This change to signage does not impact the amount of food available.

Updated Hours for End of Year 2024

New Farm Partnership Yields Nutritious Food for Our Neighbors
Ballard Food Bank piloted our gleaning program last fall, and it allows our volunteers to harvest fresh vegetables and fruit at the farm from July through December. In one week alone, staff and volunteers collected over 2,000 pounds of butternut squash.
